It was the first time I tasted Bubble tea. The service was great. Staff is so helpful. Nice place to rest in your central London visit.

The reason I gave one star is the staff was so rude and impolite. I like the tea here and order quite often. Today I went there to order 2 cups of milk tea and ask the guy to give one portion of Pearl separate (not in the milk tea as many places do that). When I got my ordered, I asked him where is the separate pearls. He was very rude and said that he could not put just Pearl in a separate cup. And I told him why don’t you say that in the first place. He became so rude and so much attitude like: u want it or not, u want it or not. I mean what kind of customer service is that? He was not supportive at all. I like the tea but wont order anymore due to very poor service. To the owner of Woo Tea: You need to train your staff better
I'm surprised to see that girl Le Le criticizing the staff. I think it's a girl's problem.I used to patronize woo tea, and staff were very friendly,You went to a tea shop and asked to buy a portion pearl to put in a new cup? Which one in London has such a service? You can't understand. In the current covid-19 situation, you can do network attacks to destroy other people's work, and it's not necessarily that your education is very good
I do not know if you've noticed like me, but everyone in London (British and Asian) drinking colorful drinks with round pieces on the bottom. This is a drink called Bubble Tea, which I know from before. Comes like fruit smoothies in all kinds of variations with tapioca in the bottom (a type of Asian root). I really like this drink and I drank it a lot before. It's a cute little shop that sells this delicious drink, costs about 5 and comes in a variety of flavors and serenity. Delicious and recommended
It's a delicious brown sugar pearl in London. The staff are very friendly. It's highly recommended
